Dates: March 4-12, 2023 | Cost: $1,600.00 | Trip overview: This team will partner with Courtside Ministries in Chicago and Northwest, Indiana, where they will visit various courthouses in the city. During this time, the team will meet people involved in the legal system who are often scared and apprehensive. The team will offer prayer for people as they enter the courts, share Bibles and biblical resources that relate specifically to their situations, and refer individuals to human services organizations (homeless shelters, food banks, legal aid, counseling, and local churches). Through this ministry, the team will learn/practice the importance of prayer. Along with this, there will be the opportunity to serve in inner city communities, doing outreach with people experiencing homelessness and other projects. On the off day, expect to ride the transit system, eat Chicago style pizza, and enjoy Millennium Park | Host organization: Young Life | Team size: 4-9

ensenada, mexico

Dates: March 5-10, 2023 | Cost: $650 | Trip overview: This team serves with Baja Bound as they seek to live out the Gospel through the construction of homes for migrant communities in Ensenada. Teams will be assigned to a build site where they will work with Baja Bound staff to not just build a home, but build relationships with the families throughout the build. Additionally, each team will participate in kid's ministry in one of the following locations: Migrant camps, an education initiative (BajaEd), an orphanage (Ninos de Jesus), or a church (Campo) | Host organization: Baja Bound | Team size: see below

mcdowell county, west virginia

Dates: March 4-12, 2023 | Cost: $1,600.00 | Trip overview: McDowell County is one of the poorest counties in the United States. This team will work alongside Young Life staff and leaders, participate in YL ministry, and learn how to serve effectively in a low income community. During the trip, the team will help with various projects, serve in a variety of ministry programs, and work with local youth. The team will also spend some time helping out at the Zera House, which is a safe home for women who are rescued from sex trafficking. This could include helping with garden expansion or other facility improvements. For fun, Young Life will take the team ATV riding through the mountains | Host organization: Young Life | Team size: 4-12

new york city

Dates: March 5-12, 2023 | Cost: $1,575.00 | Trip overview: Join International Project in New York City as they put on one of their "Seed Weeks". This team will have the chance to initiate spiritual conversations with people in public spaces. By interacting with new, spiritually interested people, the team will help long-term workers to find individuals who are open to learning about Jesus and who may also be interested in gathering friends/family to hear the gospel. Participants literally help missionaries “sift” through large Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, and Sikh populations in the city, looking for spiritually open people. Each day, the team will begin each morning with prayer, worship, and a training for the day. Then, they'll be set out in groups of 2 to engage in spiritual conversations with people throughout the city | Host organization: International Project | Team size: 6-12

selma, alabama

Dates: March 4-12, 2023 | Cost: $1,950.00 | Trip overview: Be a part of a team exploring calling, embracing local culture, and experiencing ministry in Selma, Alabama. This team will spend one week alongside local TMS workers who share their lives with students and adults to mentor, care, and encourage them in what God has in store for their lives. You will build relationships with team members through worship, prayer, discipleship and daily activities. Through this trip you'll experience the history of Selma, Alabama and of the African American experience. This trip also incorporates time for learning, reflecting, journaling, sharing and enjoying places of interest in the region. utah

Dates: March 4-12, 2023 | Cost: $750.00 | Trip overview: Did you know that Utah (of all the states), has the lowest percentage of Christians? On this trip, students will have a unique opportunity to evangelize and build relationships with members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (commonly referred to as "Mormons" or "LDS") throughout the state of Utah during a week of cultural immersion and interfaith dialogues. Traveling to various LDS Institutes of Religion & universities across Utah, students will break into small groups encompassing both traditional Christian and LDS students and spend several hours discussing their faiths. Students will also tour Temple Square (the worldwide headquarters of the LDS church) and have the rare privilege of participating in a Q&A session with an LDS General Authority—one of their church's most senior leaders. Additionally, students will get to meet with local pastors and ministry leaders living in Utah and provide support and encouragement for them | Host organization: Standing Together | Team size: 7-12
